Rum Agricola Blanco. Our first batch of fresh pressed cane from Cañete to the Sechura Desert in the North of Peru.
We taste the terroir of the cane and the effect of the micro climates along this stretch of the Pacific Coast.

“Hand cut, no burn, single press fresh cane. Open top fermentation, direct fire double copper pot still distillation. Rested and cut with pure Andean glacial water sourced in a Land Rover at 4000m above sea level.”

Just as the first bottles are released we entered this competition.
In May 2022 Sechura Rum has received a silver medal and won best in category in the 2022 International Spirits Competition – The American Distilling Institute.
May 2023 Gold Medal for Packaging Excellence and Silver Medal for Spirit Excellence in American Distilling Institute International Spirits Competition 2023.
